Does anyone know if the correct label size for labels over these chips is 1 1/16”? Thx

Then they are all 1 1/16. Gear labels knows...
Just tell him exactly what you are doing and he will know what to do. He's done lots of these

Is it a diff size label for the 1a's if you're to label over as opposed to murder and relabel? Are they a different inlay size than the others and then would need to be milled for a larger label? tks

It all depends on the size of the bit used to mill. The inlay of the 1a is 7/8”, so milling with a 7/8” bit will be very difficult lining it up JUST right.
There’s 2 options; either cut out (murder) the inlay and replace with a 7/8” Gear label, or mill out the inlay larger at like 1” and replace with a 1” label.
Many chose to neither mill or cut the inlay, just label over with a 1 1/16” label to fill the whole cavity without touching underneath.
