Label & design 101 (1 Viewer)

Hey

I will create my first custom set using blank Royals from Apache and I was wondering a few things as Im a total noob in this.

How do you guys create label designs? Is there some sort of templates or tools to work on my own; or is there some pros around here to help me come uo with something I like ?

Once you got your design, who is best to turn to for producing labels and printing them?
Are they different levels of quality I need to be aware of ?
