hello to you,
could you tell me if creating a Bally’s label is allowed, knowing that casino is still open.
for example if I make it by @Gear .
thanks.

You can do whatever you'de like. That said, you'll be hard pressed to find anyone who'll take the risk by designing/printing such a thing for you. By this I'm assuming you intend to copy pretty closely the existing inlays?

yes but i'd like change blue color in the original inlay 1's by the same color of mold for each denom.

If they are the blue Bally $1's, then I don't see an issue (retired chips) ... though it will be sad to relabel those chips

@MaxB I would to build a set around the Ballys $1.

247826

With AS 2's relabeled 25c bally's , AS snappers relabeled 5's bally's , AS 20's relabeled 20's bally's.

My (vague) understanding is that if you change something else, such as NV to NCV, or add Commemorative or something, then you can't be accused of counterfeiting. But if it is a live label, and a live currency, then it's perhaps a matter of legality. Or like Bally's to Baldy's!!

Sally’s, Pauly’s, Wally’s, Baller’s, Betty’s, etc.

You can do what you like.

But try and pass it off as the real thing and you're breaking the law and whoever helped you may also be liable.

Hence if you want to do these things, don't talk about it on a public forum. That's a sure fire way of increasing the risk on your suppliers and hence increasing the likelihood that they won't do it!
