Hi, guys! I'm new here: really happy to be part of this community.

About a month ago, I obtained a copy of UPSC Kem cards. I've been having a pretty good time using them, but one of the cards seems to be marked. Any tips on fixing the issue, short of buying a whole new deck (like some kind of inconspicous white-out, or some way of replacing just that card).

I've attached an image of the marking. It's the small blue dot near the right corner of the topmost card.

Did the deck come with any special "guarantee" cards or anything like that? A lot of card companies offer a service where they'll send you individual replacement cards in the mail, and it's spelled out somewhere in the random crap that comes with the cards.

If not, and this is a manufacturing defect, you may have some luck reaching out to them here: https://www.kem.com/CTUS.html.

As appealing as the classic Arrow KEMs are, the price is outrageous compared to the broader plastic-card market. Other manufacturers seem to stand behind their product more firmly and for a much lower price.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a guarantee card. I actually emailed Kem and explained the issue, but unfortunately they said they do not offer replacements.

I had emailed them a little while before and explained a couple of manufacturing defects I found, but they never responded to that. Pretty disappointing.

Lots of different brands of plastic cards out there. Most of 'em do customer service better than this.

See one example here: https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/desjgn-replacement-card.78004/

Yeah I don't think KEM has good customer service. They wouldn't even respond in my case.
