Seriously though, damn impressive. :D

Intense. So, to clarify, you own 48 sets now? Or, these are the 47th and 48th sets you have owned, but you no longer have that many?

I mean, either way I'm impressed, and I will never be in that company, but maintaining 48 sets...

that would be some work, reached my age in sets, so 1 a year is good now, some sets still not playable, so they might not qualify under someone's definition

I tired not to use mixed sets, so I might be one or two short

Mixed casino sets don't count as sets? Feel free to disagree, but i doubt very many others will.

The problem with mixed sets is defining or counting them. Apart from single-casino sets, say I have several racks each of ten different $1s, ten different $5s, ten different $25s, and ten different $100s. -- and I choose the ones I use as strikes my fancy every time I have a game. I actually do that. How many mixed sets does that constitute?

If you say "10,000", I like the way you think.

I probably have fifty dedicated heads-up sets alone, but I never thought of counting them as actual "sets" for PCF purposes...

Mixed sets count 100%, but again depends on the situation I guess. I have added 2 racks of Motor City Quarters to my Crystal Park set. It is a set without them. It is a better set with them.

I also did not count a few mixed sets just yet as I'm not quite finished...a denom here and a denom there are missing. I could use a substandard choice to fill the hole but then I'd wrongly think that the set is complete and quit searching. Where is the fun in that? I don't double dip. For purposes of this thread and set counting, I chose to only allow chips to be part of one set. If I want to use those MC quarters on another set. I should have 2 more racks racks IMO. That's why I bought 4 racks of those sweet Jack $2s. Need to include them in two sets. Probably the Terrible's STJ secondary as quarters (selling the maroon roulettes) and for PCA secondary quarters (like them better than the pink .50s)

I also like thinking that Larry really has 10,000 sets.
