This is a dibs sale, but I need everything sold. So, I will only sell the lots in order. Example: Lot 2 will not be for sale until Lot 1 is sold. Buyer of lot 1 will have immediate dibs for lot 2, etc. Please do not dibs a lot ahead of its time. it will not be binding.

The exception to this Rule is if you want to trade. I am only looking for: IG Sec 100s, Leaded TRKs, Bottles of Whisky. I hold the right to refuse a trade.

Wasn't that already essentially the case? If lot #2 isn't available until lot #1 is purchased, then someone who posts "I'll take lot #1" can immediately post "I'll take lot #2" since he knows exactly when lot #1 will be spoken for, no?

Well originally I didn’t post prices of the other lots. I did that initially so someone couldn’t dibs immediately until I posted the next lot is for sale. But then I was told that my listing didn’t follow terms since there weren’t all the prices so I had to add them. But I guess it doesn’t matter now.

Ah, true, if the prices aren't known ahead of time, then the dibs privilege makes sense.

Since I’m interested in one of the later lots It will be impossible to know when that lot comes up. Could be today, could be Next Friday. And since I can’t dibs out of order then I’m out.
