Issues with Faded Spade (1 Viewer)

Has anyone ordered cards from the Faded Spade website? I placed an order on 14 Sept, and have not heard a word from them.
I emailed them 4 days ago, still nothing.

I know that they are backordered lately and have lots of their stuff not back in stock yet. Not promising from a customer service POV though. I've placed three orders with them, one within the last month, and everything was just fine.

I've ordered twice with them and never had an issue. As the esteemed Mr. JMC9389 said, they do get backordered. I'd contact them. I imagine they take care of their customers. Great cards, by the way. I love them.

I have emailed them, no answer to that either. I can't find a phone number.
