Is there any "general" tool for design chips? (1 Viewer)

I'd like to make some drawings for ceramic chips, and I'm wondering if there are any good tool for design. Something better than "paintbrush"

Pro Tip I picked up after seeing some of the artwork issues for the cards mold group buy: please save your artwork as .EPS file, not the default .SVG. The SVG files often don’t open correctly in Illustrator.
