Great compliment to a ham-mushroom-pineapple or BBQ chicken pizza.

Local pizza place serves a Cuban Slice, which is really just a Cuban sandwich on pizza crust: mustard sauce, pulled pork, ham, pickles, and mozzerella. So this one is doubling down on the pizza as open-faced sandwich concept.

It's by far one of my favorites - though I liked it a little better when they used to call it "El Fidel."
