I’m pretty sure clear comment only clears the comment log. Reset status will clear everyone’s last comment.

But that being said you bring up a good point. Clear comments should be doing both. Use reset status for now.

So I wanted to email my entire group and the count is only going to 20 no matter how I add the members: https://d.pr/i/ruhXd6

I even used the "add all" option and all names are listed, but the count near the send dropdown is still 20.

Pm me a link to your sheet. Or if you want to troubleshoot yourself you could take a look at hidden column Q in the guests tab. Each cell there should have a formula.
