Found a ton of old chips from my father’s cardroom. Most of them are used and/or dirty. Not sure what the chips are that aren’t Paulson’s. Maybe someone here knows what they are and has an approx value? Also color identification for the Paulson’s? Will be posting in classifieds after I’ve organized them if anyone is interested. Thanks all!

The dirtier looking chips are likely ASM MD-50 molds. Not sure what the "M" chips are. ASM plain molds? No idea without clearer photos.

You're going to have a lot of interest for the spotted pink and green chips.

I believe the pink are actually fuschia and the others are mint, white and not sure of which shade of blue the blues are. Thanks for the possible identity of the others. I *think* the M’s are clay from the 30’s? Unless they’re repros.

Diasqr are likely Burt Co. Most (if not all) of these chips predate ASM.

The "M" chips are almost certainly Paranoid Inlaid Initial chips made by the US Playing Card Company in the early 20th century (hard to be more precise than that). The letter is a die-cut plastic inlay; the chips are compression molded out of a composite of plastic, clay, and some other materials. Here are similar examples:

Oh man those black L chips...

I've got my heart set on black starbursts, but honestly any black solid chip seems to be pretty darn rare around here. Hopefully when you post these for sale everyone will just want the Paulsons and leave these beautiful Burt Co molds for weirdos like me. :)

I think they're Dark Brown. That black colour is just "history". :cautious:
