But I'll take any of the three. I need one of these in my life!

(I checked Royal Mint, but they want £28.00 plus shipping for a set of the three. Seem excessive.)

That price isn't shocking for mint coins. The general circulation coins will eventually be issued at face value, though buying exactly one from the mint seems unlikely. You will need some help from an English friend to get one, but I expect he/she will be able to find one in good shape.

Best of luck -=- DrStrange

I know. I'm considering just buying the set from RM. It's about $60 shipped. I'm not a coin collector or anything. I just have a few interesting in airtites I use as card covers.

Hoping maybe @Toonexile takes a break from watching his team fight relegation and grabs one (or three) for me.

I keep a look out for them - haven't seen any in circulation yet
It is expensive buying the collector's card from the Mint - £28 for the set of three - but it like buying a first day cover for the special edition stamps when they are issued.

Thank you very much. I certainly don't expect you go out of your way, so keeping an eye out is, naturally, fine by me!

I had a quick look at the mint website, didn't realise the bring out so many 'limited edition' coins, I can't recall seeing any of them in circulation.

Sometimes coins are "issued" with no intention of every having them in circulation. Here in the USA we have a cascade of silver dollars and more valuable coins that aren't going to circulate because the metal in the coins are worth far more than a dollar. They might say "One Dollar" on the coin but have 10x that in silver. If these coins are 90% silver, then you will pay the mint price or do without.

That's a fair point I hadn't considered. I don't think it's the case here, but it's a reason to do a little more research.
