Unfortunately USPS decided that the box would make a good football and broke 4 of the chips, so I have 496 Instead of 500.

But, the real questuon: Chris at gearlabels is working on the label design for them. How important is it to wipe off the release agent from the chips prior to applying the labels? If it it is important, what technique would be the best?

Just for that I would say some paper towel damped with alcohol would do if you don't intend on oiling them.

Just on the inlay area.
