Hard to go wrong for $14. Lancaster also makes tables that seem to be identical to the Barrington/ESPN tables, with different cosmetics.

I have a BBO topper that’s fine, so I’m interested in comparing. I can always pass one of them along to a friend.

Is this just a fabric overlay or actual neoprene topper?

Looks like neoprene. I’ll update when I get it. This was an open box clearance, and the only one available at the moment.

Nice catch, I don't need one but I wouldn't mind one for that price. Would be nice for a mobile setup.

How does one play craps at a home game? Does someone play as the "house" and get insanely rich in a couple hours?

I have no idea how to play craps, but if I can get insanely rich in a couple hours, you can be sure I'm going to learn!

It's the best thing in a casino besides the poker room. When I first started playing poker I'd lose my ass at $1-$5 7 card stud, walk to the craps table, win $200-300 and back into the poker room to lose it again. There's something about being at a full table with a hot shooter and a lot of alcohol that makes it a great experience. Next time you come to the DSM we'll go to the Meadows and I'll teach you how.

I've played craps out of the casino and it is exactly that, one players plays as the house. But the way we played it, the house keeps the bank for the next game. House does not profit for the benefit of one player.

I've got a buddy who was a dealer. He says dealing a hot craps table was the most fun he ever had.

I dated a craps dealer for a while. She used to joke that she would see people make and lose fortunes in a night, and usually they were the same people. Lots of variance in craps.

The topper showed up. It's fine, but not great. Nicely consturcted, and looks good. Not much give to the foam. The surface is ok for pitching cards. My BBO oval topper has more foam, and is also larger.

I'm glad I only spent $14 on it. For that price, I could give it away, keep it at a buddy's place, let my son have it for his gaming stuff, or sell it on FB for $20.
