I am curious as to why this exists? I don't want to make up nonsense posts just to get to 10 (and I know that is not allowed) but I am wonder what type of behavior caused this restriction to be added?

Please excuse me if I tripped a sensitive wire.

I simply circumvented the 10 post rule by perusing the classified listings until I found one advertising 10 posts for sale.

its possibly also to prevent people bumping bids on auctions with second accounts or even padding sales threads with false prices.

This is good information, I’m in a similar position with chips I’ve had for 10+ years and would like to sell eventually to buy a custom set
