How to leave/receive feedback (1 Viewer)

Not sure where this question belongs and haven't been able to figure it out yet. Can anyone tell me how to leave and/or receive feedback for a transaction with another PCF member?

I'm relatively new and have 0 feedback, but I notice other members have feedback scores. How can I receive and leave feedback?

AFAIK there needs to be a thread in the classifieds and as a buyer you have to leave a comment in that thread in order to reference it when you are leaving feedback, at that point you can also leave feedback for the seller

Haha, no I mean how do I literally leave/receive feedback using the PCF UI? I'm not asking about how to receive positive feedback.
