I know it's my set and I can do what I want, but I am interested in opinions on this choice for a $100 chip.

This is for the mixed casino set I am building, and I have the following difficult requirements to work with:

1) It needs to be relatively available and affordable as I need 260 of them.
2) It needs to be a house mold from a Strip casino (current or former)
3) It needs to blend with the rest of the set

With that in mind, I am considering using the current live $1 from the Mirage Poker room. Here it is with the set...

Does that work, or is it a little too strange?

Sorry but I really dislike that. If you are using THC for your frac and five, why does the hundo need to be house mold?

You should be able to find plenty of good THC options that will look great.

The rest of the set is too good to be let down by that chip as the hundo.

Personally, I’d like the mgm $1 or treasure island $1 more in that slot if you are looking for cheap and in quantity. At least those are dark colored chips.

why does the hundo need to be house mold?

For the higher denominations I am planning relabeled house molds from landmark casinos partly for security, and partly for nostalgia.

I am trying to use all live or formerly live chips from casinos that non-chippers have heard of.

I have thought about this as well....

It would take longer and cost more, but is possible.
