And don't forget Cripple Creek, the Midnight Rose is still...... OK, forget Cripple Creek

There's nothing wrong with Cripple Creek even if its a little out of the way.
Its smaller than Black hawk but its got some character.
I've gone over there a few times since its the closest casino to me in Salida.
A few years ago I think they had 3 poker rooms but now its down to just
the Midnight Rose. But they do have a consistent game with 4 to 6 full tables on weekends. The room is well run and they have some decent perks:
Free beer; $20 worth of free food and 1/2 off the hotel for 4+ hours of play.

Never been to CC but I thought they were still running the old 2-5 spread limit.....or did they open it up to 1-2-100 spread?
See you tomorrow!

Last time I was there, they had 4 tables of 1-2-100 and one table of 1-2-20 spread limit. They had other games on the board but nothing running.
I am heading up to Blackhawk tonight and planning on adding 2 more rooms to my list:)
See you Saturday.

To date I would say in the 7-10 range.

Next Thursday I will be playing in all 5 Atlantic City poker rooms in one day. Something I'm going to do while staying down there. I'll post about it on here next week. It should be fun. Of course it would be more fun if it was 2014 and there were an additional 3 rooms that we had that have since closed.

I've played in 4 of the rooms before (never been in Golden Nugget) but I'm going to do all 5 in one day for fun. Ending at the place I'll be staying for the night.

Good luck in A.C.

That was the first place I played live at a real casino.
It didn't go so well. First day I got kings busted twice by sevens and then got hit with set over set.
The next day I lasted less than one orbit at the Borgata.
I got away from KK on the turn without losing too much only to get stacked 3 hands later all in pre-flop with 2 red Aces. Flop came QJT all spades and I was toast.

Bump for anyone that missed this and wants to chime in.

I was hoping to be at 100 by now but I'm stuck at 96.
Maybe its time for a trip to California or Washington:)

I played in 2 rinky-dink casinos in Mexico. Total is now sitting at 99.

I have that feeling you get when you lose one chip out of an even rack.
There has to be a poker room somewhere here in Florida that I haven't been to......

I’m at a measly 4 as we only have one per state in Australia.

Crown Perth
Star City Sydney
Ti Vegas - Mauritius (awful)
Montecasino - Johannesburg

I've not played in a lot, but here they are:

Las Vegas, NV:
Flamingo
South Point

Tunica, MS:
Hollywood Casino Tunica
Horseshoe Tunica

Columbus, OH:
Hollywood Casino Columbus

And in a little less than a month, I'll be playing in :

Cherokee, NC:

I've played in at least 50 rooms from Harrington’s in the heart of lower slower Delaware to Snoqualmie in the Mountains east if Seattle. Popped my poker room cherrie at the Flamingo where I played 24 straight hours at a 2/4 limit game. My favorite room now is Aria. I live in MD but can't play here because of my employer. Grrrrrrrrr.

Could I ask what you do, that gives your employer cause to say you cannot go to a legally operating establishment?

My employer is an accounting firm that audits the government agency that regulates casinos in Maryland. I work on the consulting side of the house but the regulator sets the rules we have to follow. My job is too good to risk it even though it's a silly rule w/r/t poker which is not played against the casino.
