Just got done making mine for the meal and wondered which you all prefer.
Also, share any uncommon ingredients (or skin vs. no skin) that make your mashed potatoes badass.

I like mine along side a slab of chicken-fried steak, covered by cream gravy. Chicken-fried chicken works too. Same thing with fried porkchops.

Not so much as part of thanksgiving, rather have extra dressing.
