Has anyone done the maths so I don't have to? What's more cost effective: custom inlays or custom hotstamps?

The last time I looked into it, custom hot stamps were much more cost effective. Unless you you go crazy and order chips with level 10 spots or something.

I couldn't give your any number though as there are a lot of variables. This was also a few years ago.

Through CPC hotstamps are a few cents per chip cheaper. IF. You either order enough of each stamp to offset the tool cost, use a simple denom and monogram stamp, or use an existing stamp ie the Atlantic Club. If you’re getting denomination unique stamps and ordering small quantities it can actually end up costing more than a standard inlay.
