The JACK Casino Cleveland is expected to open at 4 p.m. Wednesday after the 40-hour closure.

During that time, they'll bring in more than 400,000 new chips, 3,600 new die, more than 31,000 new decks of cards and 200 fresh signs.

JACK promises upgrades in technology and more interactive gaming and promises players will earn points 15 times faster than before.

GROUP BUY!!!!

Someone check the dumpster out back.

Played there last night. Was awesome playing with new chips. I liked the ones. The fives and quarters are ok.

I'm underwhelmed by these. Hopefully Jack Cincinnati gets better chips but the mold and faux shaped inlays will remain I'm afraid.

Due to unfortunate family circumstances I was unable to make it on opening night. Went tonight, just got home.

Bought three racks of white to keep and one rack of red to play, sat at 1/2/5 PLO for about 90 minutes and cashed out $1300. Couldn't resist snagging two more racks while cashing out.

As someone else mentioned the new felt is terrible... I am one who tends to pick the cards up at a 45 degree angle and peek under, I have great eyesight and can't tell if a card is red or black on this felt.

Nice score!

Nice score, on the chips and the win! If you make another trip soon, let me send you some $$ for 2 minty racks.

I've had a couple people tell me nice score when they saw this pic. This is just a blown up version of the (at the time) only pic of the chips to emerge. The ones were hard to see.
This is all Kelshadaras pwnage!

I should have referenced Ronoh's post for my "nice score" above.

It wasn't you Biggy...just some PMs from friends. I hope he punished them!

The snappers are very, very pretty... barrel on the far right.

Looks like Cincinnati is transitioning sometime in June.

Anyone going to the Cincinnati rebranding? (I believe it is on the 8th of this month.) Was wondering if someone could post a few pics of the chips. Curious to see what they come up with.

Found some of them

I currently have no intention of making the 5 hour drive to Cincy anytime soon but I'm sure I can get racks from Cleveland. Fair warning, mine were harvested opening day... current ones in circulation are beat to shit and some of the dirtiest chips I've played with.

What ever happened to your day 1 harvested Cleveland $1 chips?

You wouldn't happen to still have them in mint condition would you?

Thx,

Steve - Dallas, TX

I might want several racks and just came across this as I was thinking of selling a rack of mint tri-moon snappers to fund your chips.

But now I think I know who has them....which I figured all along.

What price tag did you decide to put on those.
