They only have 3/6 limit, but I picked a good night to go and joined a local group that plays 1/3. In for 200, out for 235. Up and down night but hours of fun. Great room that's tucked away from the rest of the casino, but unfortunately is pretty much dead. If wanting poker, go to horseshoe for sure.
Hollywood's tournaments are pretty small, 2 tables at most. The couple I've played in have played like a home game with people that have little to no idea what they are doing. The only cash game I've played there was Limit with old men and women that nitted it up.
We occasionally get a free room at nearby Sam's Club, but drive further to the Horseshoe for a better game. I don't hate the Hollywood though.
I asked one of the managers, who I found out also are the dealers in the room, about tourneys and they said they no longer have them due to none of the dealers wanting to work them. Lack of tips is what she said. The group I played with said they were trying to help revive the room so they schedule a game there once a week.
