Why get the Paulson THC leaded chips when you can get this minty NextGens,

all joking aside, when I first started playing poker I wanted to find the most realistic chips I could for my cash home game. $25s as quarters $100 as dollars.

Shortly after, I found this form and have been addicted to Paulson ever since.

These chips just sit around taking up space, so if you could use them feel free to make me an Offer plus shipping.

I will ship in a medium flat rate.

Break down is

350. $25
100 $100
50 $500

for a total of 500 chips.

For sale ads are required to have an asking price.

Yeah, just post a sale price in your description / first post.

You’re also required to have a picture that shows a piece of paper that has your PCF name on it and the date in front of your chips.

I currently own a 1200 chip set of these… 400 small denoms for cash, 800 bigger denoms for tournaments.

Actually quite a nice chip and weight. Feels very much like I’d expect a casino chip to feel. This was my first upgrade from dice chips and have lasted me several years so far… even played with them on Friday.

Basically discontinued now, sadly.

GLWTS.

Thanks for the info. I didn’t know the paper was a requirement now. I’ll update when I’m back home on my computer

That statement is false. There is neither a requirement nor even a reference to such a practice in the posting guidelines.

@BGinGA , I disagree with your statement…. there was an outcry on the forum back in late 2021 after an apparent account back and scam.

Out of the ensuing posts and discussions, posting rules were changed that required a card or paper with the seller’s PCF name on it be included in one of the chip photos. This was designed to be one way to help avoid scammers from harvesting photos and using them for themselves for false sales of chips they didn’t have, or stock imagery. There were further discussions that the start date of the listing also be included.

Some quotes:
After talking with some members in PMs, it doesn't look good.

I'm going to add a new rule that photos in the classifieds must be included and must include your username on an index card or a piece of paper. I don't know if that will stop it but hopefully it deters these POS scammers.

I put a notice up in the classifieds section for now. I have to go back to work in a few hours so I need to get some sleep (if I can, I'm pretty riled up right now) but then I'm off for a few days so I'll get the new rule in place with a separate required check box when posting an ad to remind everyone of the new photo rule ASAP.

@Tommy also included this info as an agreement box that has to be checked before posting a classified.

However, to your point, the official Classifieds listing page still does NOT show the updated check box info requiring a picture with PCF user name and date.

So there seems to be some disconnect and inconsistency on this.

Was just about to let you know that it doesn't show on a sales thread if I were about to post it. So, technically it isn't required, but there are a majority of the users on here do it to show that they are actually their chips. I've never had an issue with my listings or listings when I've bought from others.

I do know of the issues that happened previously and why most users started to do it, so it's a good practice.

Back to our OP’s point, these really are nice chips.

They can actually be broken if you try, so they are actually a bit different than many of the injection molded chips which feel “plasticky” and cheap.

Whomever gets this set will be happy!

Shortly after the picture, there was another attempt of a scam including a photoshoped image of a paper, so Tommy turned on 2 factor auth.

Some still use a photo with name and date, but with 2 factor on and photoshop its a moot point.

Some of the degens on here daily wouldn't use it, but others with a slower / lower usage would benefit from it.
