Help with loading a couple of videos (1 Viewer)

Hoping someone can help me with loading a couple of videos. I tried to create a you tube account but cant seem to get it to work.

I just created my account but can’t find the camera icon or any other way to upload a video.
PS I’m computer challenged

Are you uploading from a phone or your computer? I normally upload from my phone but can show either way.
