Hello all, I've been ghosting for a while using search here and love the input. I've assembled my first .05/.10 NLTH set.

$5k / $25k / $100k

100/300/200 ct

.01 == $1k

Its been tested and plays amazing for our normal 5 person game. I'm really satisfied with it and wouldn't have executed it this well without advice from this community. Flattery aside;

I want to doll it up now, I want to get in the plaque stack game. Unfortunately they are ludicrously expensive. I want decent stacks of them which is the theme of this set, so I think I will go with just one type.

Should I go with $500k or 1,000k plaques with my setup?

I suppose $500K would make sense, then it's worth $5 cash. Ceramic plaques are not ludicrously expensive. Plastic plaques from MSK are somewhat more costly, but you pay for materials that are both customizable and traditional. Then there's Matsui plaques, which you will pay through the teeth for.

It's the Casino Royale set. The plaques would be MSK. So the $500k does make a lot of sense chipwise, BUT when I consider that the amount I'll be able to get is small... at $10 a pop I may be limited to only x25 plaques, the $1000k seems to be a competing idea.

+1 for the $500K as your game will no doubt expand in years to come :)

Probably closer to $7 a pop.
