Help with ASM identification (1 Viewer)

I picked these chips up recently out of Saskatchewan. And I was hoping someone might have an idea as to their origin.
They are well worn and much thinner than current ASM/CPC chips.
The green and white are the Saskatchewan Rough Riders colours so I am thinking there might be some correlation.
