+1color matched FTW The top version is best IMHO.
I started out trying to use a yellow for the $1,000 chip and then a orange chip for the $5,000 chip but with all of those colors I couldn't find a contrasting combo that I really liked. So I decided to use the colors that I liked instead of going with a more traditional color progression ( if that's what you call it). Ive been holding the 5 colors that I picked for a few weeks and i'm really liking it. I also tried a blue and brown for the $5,000 but came back to blurple. The only thing I would change is the DG Peach chip. I think DG Yellow or DG Saturn would be a better choice for my tastes. But as is, color match it for sure.
They really shouldn't ever be on the table at the same time. Other than a deep stack tourney where every one would have 1 blurple chip.Honestly a big problem I can see depending on the stacks you start with is the black 100 vs blurple 5000. Because there aren't any edge spots and both chips are obviously VERY saturated (like dk.blue, dk.green) it could be hard to distinguish between the two.
The green I like is day glow Saturn not day glow green
No I have a the color samples I just couldn't match the colors of the chips to the colors on CPC web page. Then the green I had matched Detriots dads sample set he sent me so I asked him what color it was and he was confused at which chip I asked about and said it was DG Saturn.Hey Pat. If you need samples I can send you mine. Lemme know.
