Newbie here - these aren't mine! If you don't mind, would those with more knowledge than I take a look at these and let me know what you think they might be?

Shape (sharp edges) makes me think clay, but who knows? Neat set, nonetheless.

To expand, those "nipples" are indicative of plastic injection molding, a process used to mass-produce cheap, plastic chips.
