I've been building a THC set and after starting with Circus Circus $1s, I initially thought about going an all 818 set. But then thought that CC $5s may be an easier fit. So after some help from my new favourite harvesting genius @casinochipper22 I'm now all set with $5s. I have some THC Aruba 818 $25s and realistically I doubt they'll see the felt that often. So now I'm on the lookout for a frac. I originally bought a rack of ES $1s but with the $5s I think that I need something other than the 818.

So please give me your suggestions. I'm not a huge fan of hot stamps or solids so would prefer inlayed chips (either original or murdered).

Edit: much apologies to @RivieraDanny and @casinochipper22 - I had a rack arriving this week from each of you and got you mixed up!!

Me??? Nope! @casinochipper22 maybe

Hmm...

I'm totally drawing a blank on which casino, but there's a day green 618 spotted $25 THC secondary that might be a good fit here.

There's a rack of ES $500 for sale which would go killer against those $5s. Murder away and maybe you've created the coolest frac ever.

The CC $1 is my mixed cash THC set workhorse ... and I paired it with the PCA Primary Frac (and I think it goes awesome) ... however, I also have some ES T500s and it works too; but I like the pink-against-blue of the PCA frac rather than the purple-against-blue of the ES.

Thanks for all the suggestions! Looks like pink and white are the main options (of course yellow would be good too but much harder to get).

Another thing worth mentioning is that I really only want 25c for the frac as we usually play 25c/25c when we have a cash game. 50c would be a bit too much for my game (I'm mostly hosting STTs) so PCAs are out - definitely wouldn't want to murder those!

I think I'd like to avoid x18 edge spots since the 1s and 25s already have them. Also the 8V ES are nice but would dominate the 1s. I think the Jerry's Nugget 1s would also have the same impact.

So far the NYNY $1 is the best potential candidate and it seems to fit the flow of the set pretty well. The only downside is the blue edgespot leading to a lot of blue in the set (but not that bad a thing since it's my favourite colour).

I did some digging and have the following chips in my cupboard but I don't think they really work 100%

The Jacks look like a natural choice here IMO, plus you already have them.

I agree; the Cincy JACK are a great spot progression ... but you'd have to be OK with white chips :)
White as a frac is not bad, the spot progression works if that important. Unfortunately, for me, the PBCL's are a bit out of place, and leaded, but I know that wasn't the question.

I honestly recommended the 618 because of those two. I personally don't love spotted white chips at the bottom of a set, although some of the options mentioned work well here (NYNY).

How about AS Fracs? That would simultaneously give you a rotation that gives you a 2D14, xx18, 4D14, xx18 and the xD14s both have dark inlays. No murder necessary. Plus, I'm a sucker for lime edge spots next to blue chips, not to mention these chips bookend a set well.

Actually AS frac would be great here. I think that’s what I’d try to do.
