Just got 2 racks of these from The Chip Exchange. Used, but still square corners. Looking for hot stamped quarters and 5's to go with them, and looking for ideas.

Requirements:
  • THC
  • comparable condition, not mint, no bicycle tires
  • Reasonably priced, as close to $1/chip as possible (I'm realistic about this)
  • Home game, casino, fantasy, illegal cardroom, etc. all ok
  • Solid hot stamped quarters, color may be dependent on whether I find red or yellow 5's
  • Spotted hot stamped 5's, red or yellows

Spinetti's has a rack of yellow half-dollars right now for five bills. I bet you could get them for four.
There are actually a lot of great condition yellow quarters out there, but when you find them, they'll be expensive.

Edit - sorry, I didn't see your pricing reqirements. I think realistically you're looking at two bucks apiece minimum for any hot stamp fracs in great condition. Maybe a buck and a half in good condition. Maybe consider starbursts?

How about some green NCV 25’s for quarters?

Unfortunately that is likely the only way to stay close to the budget!! I dont know any HS THC quarters for less than $2 a chip... maybe out there but not common. The green on those NCV looks like it will pair well with your $1s also!!

I definitely want quarters. We play 5¢/10¢, but I’m starting to build a group who would prefer to play a bit bigger, so we’ll try .25/.25.
