Help Identifying Cards (1 Viewer)

I bought several decks of these cards a few years ago. Pictures are below - if you look at the closeup of the Ace, you can see the numbers 0605. Not sure what that means. The back of the card has almost a pebble feel. I gave a few decks to a friend that used them weekly in a poker league and they held up pretty well. Just trying to figure out who made them.

From Google, it looks like they came from a closed poker room in Houston.
