I have had these chips for many years. I think I actually bought them from a company that I visited on a trip to Vegas. I do not recall who the manufacturer was. I am sure someone can help. They are in great shape.

They look like MD-49 chips with hotstamps. That's about all I've got though.
 
they do look like Jack Todd co. Diamond mold chips from 1940s or 50s. never heard of them before checking the link, part of chip history it seems, connected to Bill Christy and Bud Jones. in excellent condition for their age
