I am 99.9% sure they are Bud Jones. Unless the two manufacturers have the same molds, which I think would cause all sorts of issues.

I was asking about the Radisson chips. I agree that the Grand Arubas are Gemaco.
Looks BJ to me...but I'dont know jack shit about this side of the spectrum

Yeah... My bad, I didn't realize that until after I replied. Thought I got back in there and edited before anyone noticed.
It's kinda hard for me to describe all the aspects, but I'm 100% sure these are Matsui chips.
Matsui:
Wider edge spots
Beveled edge
Inner ring
Bud Jones:
Inner ring with half moon inserts on the $5s
My guess would be Matsui as well, that sharp beveled (chamfered) edge seems like a Matsui thing vs BJ's either crisp right angle or rounded (filetted) edge and I've never seen the colored inner inner ring around the inlay on a standard BJ chip.

When I was looking at the other $5 from the Radisson in the chipguide, the red $5 definitely has Matsui shaped edgespots, as does the $1, all the $25's and $100's.
I'm officially in the Matsui camp now.
Doesn't Bud Jones have a beveled edge option too?
No doubt, these are Matsui chips.
Matsui = thin steel insert, larger in diameter
Bud Jones = thick brass insert, smaller in diameter (under the inlay area)
