Gonna go ahead and say it's either a Bud Jones or Bourgogne et Grasset chip. Seems like they used that for all the tournament chips there

No, they’re cheaply made custom chips, likely from a factory in China. The decal’s off-center, there’s no manufacturer logo, the mold is not one used by any major plastics company, the second color is not flush with the first color, and you can see around the decal that the recess has a ring of white material around it, meaning it was made with a cheap plastic that improperly filled the mold, and that the company likely had no final machining step to clean it up either.

Thanks for the clues only is a small set in a nice sandal wood case with bronze plaque include dices two decks of old Fournier and 320 new chips is possible was a souvenir or a prize from this Argentine casino.:)
