My name is Paul, hello!
I am from Liverpool England.
I am in need of some advice from people who may know the law in England or know loopholes. I am looking on opening a poker hall where I live, ( Liverpool ) my understanding is that tournament s are classed as Equal chance gambling and cash poker a game of chance!!
After weeks of studying gambling law I have come to the conclusion I would need a casino licence these are very expensive and is not an option.... Any help or advice considered
