Heads up: Paypal automatically converting USD to CAD with Friends & Family payments (1 Viewer)

It looks like receiving payments in USD is off the table for Canadians when using Paypal now. I just received a F&F payment in USD and it was converted to CAD automatically with the conversion fees, whereas a payment would just go to your USD balance before.

I know this isn't a problem for American sellers since USD is usually the de facto currency for sales here, but good to know for everyone else here.

^^Correct. PP is now auto-converting ALL foreign payments via FF, unless you specify up-front that you want to send USD and the recipient to receive USD.
