Going through older posts I seen that outlaw chips quality control has always varied. And seems no sample sets available. Has their quality improved or stayed the same? Has Anyone ordered from them recently?

I could be mistaken, but aren't those chips cheap metal sluggos? I am surprised if there is a demand for them here at PCF.

Outlaws seem to have a reputation around here as some of the best of the cheap sluggers. The issue with such chips is quality, feel and color can vary depending on distributor, manufacturer, and even color or batch. IIRC, @Darson has/had a set of them for his cash set. Get samples, or at least make sure there's a decent return policy in place.

I have a tournament set of the Monaco Casino chips, which I suspect are similar to the Outlaws, also sold by Discount Poker Shop. I was pleasantly surprised at how they feel and stack. They have a softer feel, and are less slippery than other sluggers I've handled. However, the pink 5000's are much more slippery than all the other denominations. Also, I've got two different shades of gold 1000's, but for 12¢/chip, it's hard to complain.

I just purchased and received today a sample set of them actually. I’m really digging them as a cash game set, but am having the hardest time time finding all the denominations, especially the 25¢ chip, available anywhere. I’ve found the other demons I want, if only I could find a line on a couple hundred Outlaw Quarters
