Two Pair
Well I'm happy to report that I had one of the most satisfying harvesting work trips I've had in a long time. Quantity is nothing impressive but easily the highest quality and variety of chips I've ever brought back.
I was lucky enough to sweet talk my way into 4 and a half barrels of straight-out-of-the-Paulson-factory-box chalky mint chips!
I'd say the coolest of them is the Bighorn $1's - I'd argue that it is the only true mint barrel to ever leave that casino, it took a few times of talking to the head honcho there in order to convince him to sell them to me. I don't blame him for putting up a fight though, I doubt that establishment has more than 1000 singles in any condition on hand given they only have a single operational Blackjack table.
The rest of the factory-mint chips include Buffalo Bills, Arizona Charlie's (which I had never heard of until I drove by), and Jerry's Nugget. I'm sure some are wondering about new chips at Jerry's; I noticed no difference in the chips in play on the tables - so I have no clue how many or why they even have mint chips stored away in the back, but I caught the right cage manager on the right day with the right size of tip visible to make it happen (I've tried many times before and been shut down before I could even finish my pitch)
Non factory-mint pickups included Whiskey Pete's and Primm Valley Resort (you may have heard of @allforcharity BOLO project - that inspired a good portion of the harvested chips) as well as VGC Sams Town found during a 2-6 spread poker game.
