So it seems through no known action of my own that one of my laptops can no longer load. It is a HP Envyx360 approx 2 years old. Apparently as far as I gather a recent update downloaded and now I can no longer access the system without a bitlocker password. I have never set up a bitlocker password to my knowledge, also there is no saved password in my microsoft account. Are there any techies that know what I am talking about that know of a workaround? I have tried resetting my computer but again am asked for system passwords. I got the computer knew simply turned it on and everything started up, the only password thing I ever had enabled was fingerprinting and that worked fine until early this week. Any advice?
