Sitting Out
Hey Everyone,
Just checking in to the forums. I'm about to start a table build (probably my 5th or so) and wanted to do a few test posts. Cya Around!

One of my most favorite meme's of all time...
Picture of my most recent build. A super down and dirty one done in the driveway of our old house (rental).
Only took a few hours over the weekend but wasn't happy with the rail overall. More wrinkles on the underside and messed up the ends where the dealer sits. You can see the staples because I cut it too short!
Cool. This forum is pretty easy.
Just for some background, I've been playing poker since college. We'd play $10 buy ins and then started driving to Tunica MS to play 4/8 limit! This was back in 2004ish. Graduated in 2006 and was actually a poker dealer for WSOP for a year. What a way to use my newfound mechanical engineering degree! Was a poker dealer for about a year and tried my hand at online a little at that time. Couldn't get anything to really take off so entered the working world. Fast forward a looooong story and wife let me try to play live poker for a living in 2019. Played for a year and was a winning player, but just couldn't make enough to meet our financial goals. It was a great year though and got to know some of the local 'pros'. Now that Covid shut everything down there has been a pretty big boom in the home games. I sold this table and am ready to build a nice one for myself. Look for my build in the furniture forum!
