I posted this on another site a few months ago........

I have casually been looking for a poker table over the past year. My goal was to find the best quality table for the price. I occasionally host a home game and was looking for something to impress my friends and provide a different atmosphere than playing at someone’s kitchen table. I do not have the time, skill or tools to build my own table. I saw a table on eBay that I really liked which led me to the company’s website Gorillagaming.net. After viewing the company’s website (they also have table pictures on facebook and Instagram) I decided to purchase the 10 person 45” x 85”, 8-10 person “Home Game Table”. I added stainless steel cupholders into the black vinyl rail and upgraded from suited speed cloth to khaki gaming suede. The total price of the table was in the mid $500 dollar range. The shipping was free. The customer service at Gorilla Gaming was awesome. Glenn at GorillaGaming answered the many questions I had on the playing surface. There were some days in December I could not be at home to receive the shipped table and Glenn was willing to arrange shipping to “miss” those dates. He has also answered any follow-up questions I have had since receiving the table. The order was placed on 11/20/14 and I received the table on 12/3/14. Pilot Freight (I think) delivered the table within the time window they provided and even took the table down the stairs into the basement. When I got the table out of the packaging I was pleasantly surprised. It is by far the nicest home game table I have ever seen. I would say this table is very near casino quality. The rail looks great and contained no lumps. The gaming suede looked great. Even with folding legs you can just tell that it is a well-built sturdy table. I spent a lot of time trying to decide between a BBO table and GorillaGaming and I am happy with my decision. Not only was Gorilla Gaming's price cheaper, the quality of the table is outstanding. I just wanted to let the forum know that Gorillagaming.net is a good site to visit if you are looking to purchase a table for your home game. I honestly think they may have the best quality for the price on the internet. I will attempt to upload some pictures. Please excuse the dungeon like basement.

Update: After using the gaming suede multiple times I decided to switch the playing surface to suited speed cloth from YAT. Cards just didn't slide like I wanted them to on the gaming

Welcome to PCF. Great group of folks here.

Nice first post. A resounding endorsement for a table manufacturer, complete with their website and everything (and pics are always a plus too). Glad the table has worked out over the last year or so.

What was the issue that prompted the felt change? How was the job to switch out the felt? Glad it was a quality table that allowed you to easily make the switch.

Looking forward to future posts!

Welcome to PCF.

Very nice table, I like the SSC, but I haven't tried the custom printed cloth yet but I hear it's awesome.

The blue design with bet line on my table is a Gaming Suede that starts out white and they have a machine that dye's the felt with the design. Pretty cool stuff. You can also upload a graphic and they can dye it onto the felt as well. I plan on dealing at my game and sit where the dealer tray is at so getting the cards to people shouldn't be an issue

My table is in! Well I love it and my wife was joking that I was giving the table more attention than her. Its made of high grade plywood and is really sturdy. The cushion on the surface is perfect. Shuffling and keeping the cards where u want them is easy. Rail is sharp and whisper vyinal is seamless. Its soft on top where your hands or arms rest and hard on the sides. Ive paired the table with ceramic chips. A poker stars EPT replica design. I love the look of those and know im not going to run aross them every where I go.

When I lived up North I met Glenn, he's a good guy and launched the EPT (Eastern Poker Tour) up there, glad to see they're making quality tables. I had purchased a table many moons ago from him that had been in their early EPT lineup, before they launched Gorilla. Don't have it anymore but many fond memories of playing with my high school buddies on that thing.

Cross posting from Home Game thread. Top picture from Friday night's game.

Bottom pic from Gorilla Gaming's site - my actually table just after being built.

I find the legs on my table are fine. Depending on how much use your table will get, may be worth the additional dollars. I would think @T_Chan could answer this more definitely though.

Gorilla legs are fantastic, I got them separately for my home made table and they blow away the legs we had on previously. Not sure what specs the standard legs have, but the way the gorilla legs connect to the table with the wide bar brackets, they are significantly more stable when people lean on the table.

Hard to compare because I don't know what their other legs are like.

Well i believe I have just ordered the same table from gorilla gaming! You still enjoying yours? looks like the 96in table is plenty of room for 10 players plus a dealer. This true? you ever have 10 at your game?

I just ordered a 10 person table as well. I will post photos and a review when it comes. I'm also east coast and they are located in Rhode Island. This will give others an idea of shipping times.
Still waiting and hoping it's in before December 5th. Planned a home game and would like to show off the new table. I did get the gorilla legs and a chip tray and a drop box. Just an update. Pics will follow. If it takes a month, I hope you aren't planning for it by Christmas

How are you pulling that off with the COVID-19 numbers right now? Are you not in the US or in VT? LOL.
