I was introduced to both poker and poker chips by my late husband. He was an excellent player and also had some old chips handed down to him from his grandfather (Wadie chips). I am here looking for any information on the original establishment which I believe was located in San Diego. I do not collect chips but I do donate chip sets to fundraisers from time to time. My favorite was a custom set for a Green Beret Foundation event. Thank you for your time.

Hello and welcome. Sorry for your loss.
That's very kind of you. He was an amazing man and only 54 when he died. It's been a while and I very recently re-married.

Strangely enough, those Special Forces poker chips were part of it. A retired Special Forces soldier's interest was piqued by my fundraising efforts on behalf of the Green Beret Foundation. We married in January. :hearts:
