Once in Germany, I discovered that there is a factory here that produces interesting cards. For 4.99 euros I bought such a set in a supermarket. They usually sell for about 10 € for set. Inside there were 2 complete decks of 55 sheets and 2 decks for Skat. Skat is a very popular game in Germany and cards for it can be found everywhere.
I have to give my credit that at this price (1.6 € - for a deck of cards) I am more than happy. But, I would still prefer the standard "Bicycles" as they are in poker size. And the German ones are in the size of the bridge. (Although I know that many people find it attractive) But, this is a matter of taste.
The quality is very good and there is even a coal layer inside. The only thing that upset me a little was the lack of embossing on the cards. But, I know they make them embossed too.
Considering the price, they are beyond praise.
Very nice and well made. It's nice to hold them in your hands. And they are slightly thicker than the standard "Bee" (even without packaging).
