Live chips from the parisian Club Pierre Charron,
very close to Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs Elysées, Avenue where the old famous ACF was located,
produced by famous brand Bourgogne et Grasset (GPI),

real quality Casino chips, as we, in France, are very proud of :D

The set is still under construction (the Club is currently closed for obvious reasons).

Special "dedicace" at my bro @BELGRADE, for sorting out this great set

I hope you enjoy those few pictures.

Nice cash chips -- remarkably like the ACF chip colors!

But now how about getting your hands on a set of these sweet tournament chips? :cool

Haha, you got me Larry, perhaps one day they'll become available on secondary market, but for the moment, I have to admit it's probably quite impossible to get those. That said, they're great looking chips

I hope life's happy and beautiful in Lakewood Ranch BTW :)

Please keep an eye out for them! :cool

There are worse places to be, but we all have the same frustrations, I'm afraid. Our friends who spend their summers in Paris and another couple from near Toulouse have both just returned to Sarasota. They were very frustrated by their inability to socialize in France for the last six months, and are hoping it will be better here, now that they have completed their quarantine.

But it's so hard to see the future right now, for any of us. At least here, we can play tennis.

I hope you, Julie and the kids are working and staying busy as well...

Kids, Julie and I are all doing good and working, except the girls of course,
But as you mentioned, we just can't wait being able to travel again :confused.
Riviera Maya or Southern Florida, just a dream for the moment!

Yes! For the past three years, we were traveling four months out of each year. For 2020, nothing -- not even our old home of Washington DC, or elsewhere within the US.

We were booked on a cruise in May, from Florida to New York, Bermuda, Portugal, Spain, France, ending in Copenhagen. And then we were going to go by train to the Netherlands, Belgium, Paris and more of France -- probably a month in Europe. Of course, that was canceled. :(

Instead, I wound up having my right knee replaced in July. The best part of that is that when we do make it back to Paris, I'll be able to walk everywhere with Nancy. Hooray!

But now, it's almost enough to make me wish I still had a job, just to have something to do besides playing tennis, reading, eating, and drinking. And Zooming! And wasting time on PCF! :cool
