My so called "friend" is taking his fracs back that he was lending me for free. Now I need a rack of quarters that will work with the PNY ones, fives, and twenties. I would love a rack from one of the Detroit casinos. Realistically that won't fit my budget. I'm maxing out my expense at $300 bucks.

If I'm being honest I'm looking for 2018/2019 prices. Screw 2022 prices.

I'll post some pics in a second.

Thanks for looking.

Bill

Bite the bullet and buy the hot stamped ones that come up every so often, or the bcc version. Someone was recently selling a rack of those I remember. If you can spend 3 hundo, what’s another hundo.

400 is more than what I have in paypal. Plus I don't love the blue frac. Worse case I'll just borrow fracs from you. The fitz worked pretty well. I also hate to keep bothering you guys.

You can use those or I have Motor City and MGM and Ameristar X 120 or more each you can borrow. Or these greenies…

I have a solution to your problem. You can trade your pny 20s at 2018 prices for my generic fracs at 2018 prices. Win win?

Love that green option! Sets usually look better with a green chip in the line up (my favorite color) But those MGM quarters look amazing with that line up and being inlaid is perfect.

Unfortunately all of our Fracs are THC Hot Stamps, we don't have any in quantity that aren't in a set though currently.

When I saw this chip lineup with the yellow $20, RHC with oversize inlay, and spot patterns on the $5 and $100, what immediately popped into my head was the Bahamia $25, (Munzell Green base color, I think) although I'll be the first to admit it won't work/look good to relabel this chip, since the graphics and text extend outside the recess in the center of the chip.

Although I once used a $25 chip as a $0.25 chip in a game, where players wouldn't confuse it with any other chip denoms, and we just ignored the dollar sign -- it worked for that game.

(Full disclosure - I don't own any mint racks of Bahamia $25s, but I do have one in VG+/Exc condition, and 1 or two others in G/VG conditions.)

I found the pic below of mint chips through google search.

Funny, I didn’t even realize what color the aftermarket hot stamped fracs were, but when I looked at this picture, my immediate thought was, this set needs a sky blue frac.

But if you’re opposed to blue, what is it that you want? Are you drawn to the orange/peach color of the Detroit fracs? Are you open to hot stamps, or do you really want an inlaid chip?

Yes
