Found this picture on /r poker and was wondering what the low denoms look like and if they would have the same style of house mold. These might only be used for baccarat though.
Anybody familiar with this casino?

Local term for a person that likes to celebrate the Cologne carneval. We like to think that is in effect each and everyone everywhere. :ROFLMAO:

Not a fan of the denomination molds, but that $500 is pretty nice.

Found this pic of the $25 via the google. Seem to be some arc yellows ($1000s?) in the dealer tray in the background:

Those look blaze to me. I used to think that arc yellow was orangeish until I started going after them. But there’s really not a lot of orange in arc yellow - think school bus yellow.

$25 may be the lowest denom assuming these are pesos (also written with $)

Love the colors

Edit: looked at the label and these are pesos. If there is a $5 someone go down there and harvest all of them. $5 pesos to usd = ~ 25 cents right now.

That would make those hundos worth $5... I sense harvesting possibilities.

Wow, denoms right on the mold, too. This practice is standard in Atlantic City, right?

Yes, or it least house denom mold was. Going way back. Although Borgata broke with Paulson and the Paulson denom mold and now other casinos do different things. But back in the 90s every casino had house denom mold Paulsons. A bit hard to see but here you go…

Wow, look how off-center some of the molds are. The space between the 100 and outer edge (red arrows), and also the hats and the outer edge (yellow arrows).

At one time in the past, New Jersey gaming laws required that the denomination of cash checks be a part of the physical mold (in addition to the casino name and manufacturer identifier).

Thus, no ceramic chips from that era.....

The requirements were later changed to allow the information to be printed on the inlays or on the physical chip itself.

First thought that came to my mind

So the casino is potentially running a profitable .10/.20 (1/2) operation?
