Hello everybody. I’ve owned my WTHC set for several years now without ever cleaning them, I’ve only used them around 15-20 times in the small home games I host. I’ve read about the Ultrasonic Cleaners, and various hand cleaning methods but I’m still very nervous about potentially damaging my chips. Any advice/tips would be great. I was thinking about using some Baking Soda and a damp cloth?

Thanks everybody, I’ll read up on some techniques in other threads and go from there. Just one quick question, would the baking soda and damp cloth idea I mentioned be ok/viable?

Sorry for the double post, I think I’ll just buy some dawn dish soap which is called fairy here in Australia. Grab a sponge or old tooth brush and get scrubbing.

Honestly, I am pretty sure that’s all you will need. also have a dish brush in case there are some really baked chunks of gunk but I highly doubt that you will need it.

Currently 1 rack finished, 9 to go. Happy with results so far. Probably look at cleaning 1/2 racks a day until finished, bloody time consuming I tell ya. Secretly love it though. ;)

How long do these stay looking "new" for after washing them?

Another rack scrubbed and washed, good bet I’m going to get tennis elbow.;)
