I've always wanted a set of Paulson chips and have recently gotten back into poker. I lurked here for a while just learning and have ended up with casino Paulson chips. 1000 Jacks casino chips with HSI quarters created by a member here. Not sure if I'll relabel them to Jacks or just leave them HSI.

Perfect choice for your first set .
Like all the Paulson chip sets .
Thanks for showing them !!!

After reading so much here and getting samples, I was pretty set on China clays, then I saw a set of ceramics I liked. These had been up for a month or so and it wasn't all that much more then the ceramics would have been. I convinced myself to raise my budget in increments. I think I averaged a hair over $1/chip on that entire set.

One thing about choosing the Paulsons over the china clays or ceramics...should you decide to change direction at some point, you could sell them for at least what you paid for them, but likely more.

Great set to start with. Only problem now is the sickness will start and you will want a 2nd then 3rd and maybe even a 4th set……

You realized the truth of chipping sooner than many of us at our earliest stages.

This is the biggest selling point for spending a little extra and the biggest piece of advice I'd pass along to others just starting out. I've had a few cheap sets of chips, and they work fine. But with this one, if I want something different or to upgrade, I can get close to what I paid at a minimum by selling.

Perfect home cash set and I like how you paired them up with blue HSI quarters.
