When I first joined PCF and posted about the other things that I collect, fine dining experiences was one of those things. I look around today and see threads for alcohol, wine, watches, and cigars so I figure why not food pr0n? I am admittedly biased towards Michelin Star places and have unintentionally become a food snob on my 100+ star journey with my wife. I’m posting some of the more recent pics on my phone and invite others to share pics and experiences of memorable bites that get you going just from the pic. Cheers.

From French Laundry, ramen place in Tokyo, Sam’s Chowder House, Prime, Quince, Sushi Shin during covid, and San Ho Won.

Hoping to take some updated pics this summer at Robuchon so if you are legitimately interested please PM me.

went to 2-Michelin star Guy Savoy when we were last in Paris. Was fortunate to have him greet each table for a picture. I’ll have to dig in the archive to find more fine dining photos.

Nice. I recognize the dry ice course. We met him in Vegas too! Guy actually shows up.

Had to dig into the instagram archive for more recent photos. Not necessarily Michelin star, but still appropriate fine dining.

That’s a Patek rotor because I only really like the rotor... Omega Moonshine Gold seems nice. I need to see it person though.

That’s a Patek rotor because I only really like the rotor... Omega Moonshine Gold seems nice. I need to see it person though.

I've never been a speed master guy, but the moonshine, particularly that green dial... Oh temptation. Recently picked up the newest green seamaster and I love that thing. I wish Omega was better at two tone models

I’m a fan of their 90’s-00’s styling on the constellation. Been downhill since while their prices have been climbing precipitously.

This is the menu that cost me a cash at the WSOP $800 event lol. Had 60BB at the end of level 9 but needed more to be able to survive being blinded for 3 levels into dinner break. V hits 5 outer on turn. I miss 11 outs on river.
