As I'm sure some of you know Fallout 4 came out today. I'm sitting here at work waiting patiently for the UPS truck to come and deliver my two Pipboy Edition's along with my Fallout controller and Monopoly Fallout Edition.

I've been waiting years for another Fallout to be made and that day has finally come that I get to play a new Fallout game!

Anyone else as excited as I am? I'm planning to go home sick once my packages arrive here at work lol.

I need this game. I put a ton of hours into 3. I got NV just about a year or two ago for $6 for the base game and all the expansions and I didn't buy anything else other than necessities for like 2 months because I was busy playing.

Fallout 4 is my holiday savings plan.

These games are to much work for me. My boy is playing Dark Souls 2 I think. Just looks to busy.

I rarely play anymore. When I do I like to keep it to a simple, straightforward shooter, or a sports game. Madden is even getting to be to much work, lol.

I wish I was excited. I want to be excited about games like this. But Fallout isn't doing it for me. However, I only have Fallout New Vegas. I can't even get through it. Just don't care and not into it. That said, I DO understand what you are doing there and I completely condone leaving work for such excitement!! Have fun dude.

Picked up my copy this morning for XB1. Haven't made it past the pre-game videos (which are hilarious) wife went nuts because of the daycare kids. So I have to wait until they are gone AND my kids are bed. Lmao!

I thought Fallout 3 was much better then Fallout New Vegas. That being said I have completed both games a few times.

I just don't get the point of a physical copy if they only include one disk with 1/5th of the game installer included. I have 25 hours (20GB) of downloading to go...

How big is that case? Can you fit racks of chips in it?

Pretty sure the nexgen consoles were supposed to be exclusively cloud based. No media. Eb games and best buy were so vocal about more or less going out of business that Sony and Microsoft changed their minds. Now you have a physical copy for nothing more than anti-piracy measures. In time, both will go cloud based. If you figure on the money involved to provide a tangible product vs an intellectual one the companies are still not getting the best return. As a consumer I think it sucks. Because for 80-90$ i want SOMETHING I can call mine and return as used when the time comes. Not some invisible 1's and 0's stored on another's harddrive.

I prefer hard copies of books and games. I fondle my games like I fondle my chips.
